A package of VA employee combined Federal Campaign pledge forms that contained employee names, SSNs and other information was routed through the internal mail system and failed to arrive at Fiscal Services office. Tracers were performed but to date the package cannot be accounted for. Information on 129 employees was contained in the package. Update: 01/30/12:The 129 employees will receive a letter offering credit protection services
