Issue:
A Veteran dropped off a DMV letter for his healthcare provider and on the envelope he wrote his full name, SSN, and cell phone number. The letter got mixed up with VA mail and was sent out and returned by the US Postal Service.
Outcome:
06/20/13: The Veteran will be sent a letter offering credit protection services.
