Issue:

Physician complained that a nurse who called a patient to schedule an appointment with the physician involved told them (patient and wife) that the physician was pregnant and would be going on leave any day as a result of the pregnancy. Physician states had not told any staff to share this with patients as the reason would be unavailable in the near future. Physician considers this an invasion of privacy. Update: 02/27/13:Physcian A will be sent a notification letter.
