Issue:
A Veteran mailed his DD214, birth certificate, marriage certificate, and social security card to the AMVETS Veterans Service Officer and the package was signed for by an employee in the mailroom but the information cannot be located or is lost.
Outcome:
02/06/14: The Veteran also sent his two children's social security cards and birth certificates and his wife's social security card to us and that too is lost. The Veteran and his spouse will receive a letter offering credit protection services. and the two minor children's information will be sent to ID Analytics for web crawling surveillance.
