Issue:
An EKG printout was found on an EKG machine on the nursing home ward. The printout contains the patients full name , DOB, and last 4 of the SSN. There is only one patient involved. Update: 08/28/12:The Patient will be sent a letter offering credit protection services due to full name and DOB being exposed.
Outcome:
Employees in that section have been retrained to ensure future incidents do not occur.
