Audiology Chief did speak with individual that handed wrong handbook to Veteran and reiterated that the employee ensure that they did not give a Veteran items or paperwork with another Veterans information.. Veteran A did confirm that he had it and that he would bring to next appointment. Update: 10/14/11:Veteran B will be sent a notification letter.
