On site contract/fee provider inadvertently sent home an appointment list with a Veteran. The Veteran was contacted and returned the appointment list. Privacy will investigate.

07/22/13: Due to full SSN and medical information being disclosed, Seven (7) Veterans will be sent letters offering credit protection services.
