Employee health nurse is setting up appointments for new employees. The nurse is telling other staff members that the employee is coming in to obtain a physical, a tour of the building, etc. Update: 05/01/12:The employee will be sent a notification letter due to PHI (information about the upcoming physical examination) being disclosed to staff members who did not have a need to know.
