A VA Medical Support Assistant (MSA) clerk reported finding an appointment list laying on counter. The list was printed by the Administrative Officer of the Day (AOD) on 07/08/12 at 1:07 PM. The list contained patients' names and full SSNs. Update: 07/10/12:The list contained 8 names with full SSN and a list with 5 names and last four of SSN. Therefore 8 Veterans will receive a letter offering credit protection services.
