A VA police officer delivered a small lunchbox color black and blue with Nokia Cell Phone, eating utensils and 24 sheets of paper with Patients' information (Name, Social Security number, room number, assigned doctor) to the Privacy Officer's office. The lunchbox was left at the police station at an unknown date and time and found within the facility in the traffic circle area in front of the hospital's lobby.
