Veteran A received information in the mail and subsequently realized the envelope also contained records belonging to five other individuals. Veteran A subsequently returned the records (that did not belong to him) to the clerk at the Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). Update: 03/18/13:The five Veterans will be offered credit protection services since their full SSNs were disclosed.
