Veteran A requested and received a copy of his claim file. He found two pages pertaining to Veteran B. Veteran A notified the Board of Veterans Appeals by mail and included his copies of the documents found. Veteran B's information included full name, full SSN, hospital admittance diagnosis, admission and discharge dates.
Outcome:
11/19/13: Veteran B will be sent a letter offering credit protection services.
