Veteran complained that his girlfriend a VA employee inappropriately accessed his medical record. Ran a sensitive record report and confirmed she did access the record. Need to meet with her supervisor to investigate whether or not it was accessed as part of her duties. Update: 01/25/11:The Veteran will be offered credit protection services.
