The Privacy Office (PO) was making rounds on 3 West and found a Housing and Urban Development-Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (HUD-VASH) referral form on the floor by the door in room 322WS. The door to the room was open. Update: 03/09/11:Veteran A will receive a letter offering credit protection services.
Outcome:
SIGNAGE WAS PLACED AT THE DOOR TO DIRECT VETERANS AND STAFF TO THE CORRECT LOCATION OF THE HUD-VASH OFFICE. DOOR IS NOW LOCKED AT ALL TIMES.
