Issue:
A VA employee found a list of 49 current and former employees' names and social security numbers on the top of filing cabinet in the Environmental Management Service supervisor's office. Update: 11/28/12:The list was left out on the filing cabinet for an undisclosed amount of time. Compensated Work Therapy (CWT) patients have access to this area. Due to the risk of exposure to the CWT patients, the 49 individuals will be offered credit protection services.
