Veteran A received a list of appointments that was Veteran B. The envelope was addressed to Veteran A, but had Veteran's B appointment list in it. I am unable to get in contact with Veteran A to confirm exactly what information is in the letter. Update: 10/02/12:Veteran B will be sent a letter offering credit protection services due to full name and full SSN being disclosed.
