Nurse intended to fax documents to a local medical office; however, they were mistakenly faxed to a John Deere dealership in Georgia. Recipient shredded documents once he notified the VA. Update: 03/08/13:The patient will be sent a letter offering credit protection services, as his full SSN was disclosed.
