Issue:
During Police rounds, an unsecured document was found on a printer in the new Polytrauma Unit. The document was printed on 02/17/12 and was found on the morning of 02/19/12. The document contained the patient's name, full SSN, date of birth and diagnosis. Traffic in the area during the weekend is minimal. Update: 02/21/12:Veteran A will be sent a letter offering credit protection services due to full SSN and date of birth being exposed.
