PROCEDURE FOR MONITORING GRANTS IN THE U.S.: PART I, LINE 2: SCHEDULE I, PART I, LINE 2: ALL GRANT PROPOSALS WILL BE READ AND JUDGED BY A STATEWIDE COMMITTEE MADE UP OF REPRESENTATIVES OF K-12 EDUCATORS. THIS PANEL WILL DETERMINE THOSE APPLICATIONS THAT BEST MEET THE FUNDING CRITERIA USING THE RUBRIC AND SCORING SHEET INCLUDED IN THIS APPLICATION PACKAGE. OETC THEN NOTIFIES AWARDEES. THE INITIAL PAYMENT IS MADE AND RECORDED AND THE REMAINING FUNDS ARE PAID OUT BY OETC AFTER THE PURPOSE AND BENCHMARKS OUTLINED IN THE PROPOSAL ARE COMPLETED. FINAL PAYMENT REQUESTS ARE THEN SUBMITTED WITH DOCUMENTATION AND PAID OUT BY OETC.
