What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE TEMPE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE FOUNDATION IS ORGANIZED AND SHALL BE OPERATED TORAISE FUNDS TO POSITIVELY IMPACT THE QUALITY OF LIFE AND ENSURE A BETTER WORK FORCE IN TEMPE THROUGH EDUCATION AND COMMUNITY ENHANCEMENT PROGRAMS AND SERVICES.
