THE FUNDS WERE SUBSEQUENTLY LOANED BY WACMHC TO THE FOUR MEMBER CLINICS AND PROMISSORY NOTES WERE RECEIVED FROM EACH THREE MEMBER CLINICS CONTINUE TO PARTICIPATE.
