After approval from the Board, the 990 is filed with the Internal Revenue Service. Approval of the 990 and auditor's report is recorded in the minutes of the Board of Directors meeting. |
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c | The Board of Directors and key employees are required to annually submit an acknowledgement of the conflict of interest policy and any know conflicts with the organization. In addition, Board members are reuired to abstain on any vote where a potential conflict of interest may be present. |
