THE HAY POINTS SYSTEM FOR NON-EXEMPT POSITIONS CONSISTS OF TEN FACTORS UPON WHICH POSITIONS ARE ASSIGNED POINTS BASED ON THE LEVEL THAT BEST FITS THAT POSITION.
