THE BOARD TAKES SALARIES PAID BY SIMILIAR ORGANIZATIONS INTO CONSIDERATION WHEN RECOMMENDING ANY SALARY INCREASE FOR THE PRESIDENT/CEO. THE DECISIONS ARE DOCUMENTED INTO THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING. |
