Ethnic background is an optional question on the admissions application. If students provide the information it is entered into peoplesoft. This data is also kept on employees where provided. Admissions decision letters are maintained in student files and are kept in SFS. The college communications department maintains blueprints on file of any admissions brochures and outsources, and the duplications department maintains copies of any brochure, poster, etc. that has been created internally. |
