These scholarships are noncash expenditures. 294 0 4,231,289 Fair market value of scholarship based on University rates for tuition, fees, room, and board The noncash assistance consists of various amounts of merit and need based scholarships and discounts provided to students to reduce their tuition, fees, room, and board, thus allowing them to pursue their education.
