The consultant reviewed all job descriptions and their respective grades with the responsible manager. The consultant compared our jobs to a base of comparable jobs in the area. Upon completion of this review, CEI's salary range for each job grade was set in accordance with the ranges of the comparable area jobs.The consultant reported her findings and presented her recommendations to the management team and the board.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 11b	Form 990, Part VI, Line 11b: Form 990 Review Process	CEI's Form 990 is thoroughly reviewed by the Director of Finance and Administration and the Chief Financial Officer. The return is then presented to the audit committee of the Board of Directors by the Chief Financial Officer. The Committee reviews and discusses the Form 990 and related schedules. Upon satisfactory completion of the Committee's review, a resolution is passed authorizing the Chief Financial Officer to sign the Form 8879-EO. A final draft is then distributed to the full board before filing the return. The return is then filed electronically.
