ENFORCEMENT OF CONFLICTS POLICY FORM 990, PAGE 6, PART VI, LINE 12C ALL EMPLOYEES AND DIRECTORS ARE COVERED BY THE CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY AND ARE PROVIDED WITH THE POLICY UPON HIRE. THE POLICY IS REVIEWED ANNUALLY BY THE CORPORATE COMPLIANCE OFFICER, WHO ALSO DETERMINES WHETHER A CONFLICT MAY EXIST.
