THE FINAL FORM 990 IS EMAILED TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD FOR REVIEW AND SIGNATURE.
PART VI, SECTION B, LINE 12C CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY: AN ANNUAL CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURE IS COMPLETED BY EACH BOD MEMBER, SUBMITTED, AND REVIEWED BY THE ENTIRE BOD.
