THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR IS THE STAFF MEMBER TO WHOM REPORTS OF CONFLICTS OF INTEREST MUST BE MADE. THE CONFLICT OF INTEREST IS RESOLVED OR RELATIONSHIP CEASED AT THAT POINT. IF THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR IS UNSURE ABOUT WHETHER A SITUATION REPRESENTS A CONFLICT OF INTEREST, HE DISCUSSES THE ISSUE WITH THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE FOR VENDOR RELATED ISSUES OR WITH THE MULTIDISCIPLINARY TEAM IF IT INVOLVES A CLIENT-TEAM MEMBER RELATIONSHIP. AT THAT POINT A DETERMINATION IS MADE, AND IT IS RESOLVED.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 15a: Compensation Review & Approval Process - CEO, Top Management COMPENSATION IS DETERMINED DURING THE REGULAR BUDGETING PROCESS, WHICH OCCURS BETWEEN SEPTEMBER AND NOVEMBER PRIOR TO THE BEGINNING OF THE NEW FISCAL (CALENDAR) YEAR. WHEN THE BUDGET IS PRESENTED TO THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE AND TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR ALSO PROPOSES A SLATE OF SALARY RANGES WITH NEW SALARY AMOUNTS. BOTH THE SALARY RANGES AND AMOUNT ARE APPROVED EVERY YEAR ALONG WITH THE BUDGET. THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS ACTUALLY SEES AND APPROVES EACH STAFF MEMBER'S PROPOSED SALARY INDIVIDUALLY, AND THIS INCLUDES THE SALARY OF MANAGEMENT.
