Part I, Line 2: |
Grants are processed through Greenpeace Fund's development and financial departments in the Washington, DC office. Grants are presented to the Greenpeace Fund, Inc. Board of Directors for approval before any funds are transferred to the appropriate Greenpeace affiliated organization either as a wire or a bank transfer. Final report is prepared by entity receiving the grant when the grant term ends. The final documentation includes an expense report, and description of program accomplishments. Any funds that have not been spent (or any funds spent outside the original grant agreement) would be repaid to Greenpeace Fund. |
