Part I, Line 2: Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation provides the assistance as part of its program services activity. All scholarships are provided to individuals and monitored through the Graduate School of Addiction Studies, the Professionals in Residence training program and the Community Relations department to ensure the monies are used for the purpose intended. The tuition paid for those programs and the funds given to assist with the tuition is tracked by each individual.
