THE CHAIRMAN, VICE CHAIRMAN/CHAIRMAN ELECT, SECRETARY TREASURER AND IMMEDIATE PAST CHAIRMAN AUTOMATICALLY ASSUME BOARD MEMBERSHIP UPON ELECTION OF THEIR RESPECTIVE POSITIONS. ANY MEMBER SERVING TWO FULL THREE-YEAR TERMS SHALL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RE-ELECTION UNTIL ONE YEAR AFTER THE DATE OF LAST SERVICE. SERVICE AS AN ELECTED OFFICER SHALL BE IN ADDITION TO THE TWO FULL THREE-YEAR TERM LIMITATION. |
