ONCE PAID, THE CHAIRMAN KEEPS CURRENT WITH THE PROGRESS OF EACH CASE AND ASSISTS COUNSEL WITH THE DECISION TO USE OR NOT USE A PARTICULAR EXPERT OR WHETHER TO TAKE AN APPEAL TO A DECISION MADE BY A TRIAL JUDGE. IN THE CHAIRMAN'S ONGOING INVOLVEMENT WITH THE CASE THE USE OF FUNDS, AS WELL AS THE ACTIVITIES OF THE CASE ARE MONITORED.
