Their salary adjustments based on merit are tied to this evaluation, comparative salary data from similar institutions and recommendations of the President or, in the case of the President, the Committee. The Committee has authority as delegated to it by the full Board of Trustees to execute and amend the contracts for the President and Vice Presidents of the University.
