Schedule I, Part I, Line 2 The Director of Finance and Administration and the Program Directors meet regularly to review the financial information, to ensure that only those expenses that are for the particular project or activity are included in the budget to actual reports, to determine if all activities are on track to completion or if any budget modifications are needed, and to make any adjustments that are necessary to properly report the financial information back to the grantor. The finance department prepares all claims but one (CACFP claims are prepared by program personnel) as required by the agreement either on a cost reimbursement basis or performance of contract basis.
