SCHEDULE J, PART I, LINE 1A
THE AAMC COMPENSATION COMMITTEE HAS APPROVED CERTAIN FIRST-CLASS TRAVEL FOR THE CEO. FIRST-CLASS TRAVEL IS PERMITTED FOR FLIGHTS OVER TWO HOURS. CLUB DUES ARE PAID ON BEHALF OF THE CEO. THE CLUB MEMBERSHIP IS USED PREDOMINANTLY FOR ASSOCIATION BUSINESS PURPOSES. ALL CLUB MEMBERSHIP ACTIVITIES DURING THE 2013 TAX YEAR WERE FOR BUSINESS PURPOSES AND THEREFORE NOT TAXABLE INCOME. THE BENEFITS WILL BE TREATED AS TAXABLE INCOME WHEN APPROPRIATE.
