THE COMMITTEE IS ALSO ABLE TO ACCESS PUBLIC INFORMATION REGARDING EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION IN OTHER NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS. SOME OF THE COMPENSATION SURVEYS USED ARE: CHARITY NAVIGATOR, OANO/UNITED WAY, EMPLOYER'S RESOURCE COUNSEL, AND MORE. WE ANNUALLY SERVE APPROXIMATELY 2,632 CHILDREN, WITH ALL TYPES OF DISABILITIES AND THEIR FAMILIES, AT THREE DIFFERENT NORTHEAST OHIO LOCATIONS: HIGHLAND HILLS, WESTLAKE AND CAMP CHEERFUL IN STRONGSVILLE, AS WELL AS IN FAMILIES' HOMES. MANY OF THE CHILDREN AND FAMILIES PARTICIPATE IN MORE THAN ONE OF OUR PROGRAMS AND SERVICES. APPROXIMATELY 6,573 SERVICES AND 222,221 SERVICE HOURS WERE PROVIDED TO OUR CLIENTS. OVER 70% OF THE CHILDREN WE SERVE IN OUR NON-RECREATIONAL PROGRAMS ARE AGED BIRTH THROUGH FIVE AND APPROXIMATELY 50% COME FROM LOWER-INCOME FAMILIES. OVER 81% OF ALL MONEY RAISED ON OUR BEHALF GOES DIRECTLY INTO PROVIDING AND ENHANCING SERVICES. WE ARE "FOUR STAR RATED CHARITY" (HIGHEST POSSIBLE) BY CHARITY NAVIGATOR FOR CONSECUTIVE YEARS. ONLY 18% OF CHARITIES RATED HAVE RECEIVED THIS HIGHEST RATING FOR CONSECUTIVE YEARS. OUR NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION PROVIDES CRITICAL SERVICES THAT HELP CHILDREN WITH A WIDE RANGE OF PHYSICAL, DEVELOPMENTAL, NEUROLOGICAL, OR EMOTIONAL DISABILITIES ACHIEVE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL IN LIFE. WE WORK NOT ONLY WITH THE CHILDREN WHO HAVE SPECIAL NEEDS BUT ALSO ACTIVELY INVOLVE THE ENTIRE FAMILY. WE HELP FAMILIES DEAL WITH THE OFTEN CHALLENGING AND EMOTIONAL TIMES THAT ACCOMPANY RAISING A CHILD WITH A DISABILITY.
