THESE ARE ORGANIZED BY THE ORGANIZATION'S FOUR GOAL AREAS AND STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES APPROVED BY THE BOARD (E.G.: CUSTOMER SERVICE, RELATIONSHIPS, IMAGE AND AWARENESS, RESOURCES). THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETS IN EXECUTIVE SESSION TO REVIEW THE CEO'S PERFORMANCE AND DETERMINE ANY COMPENSATION CHANGES TO BE RECOMMENDED TO THE FULL BOARD FOR APPROVAL. ANY COMPENSATION CHANGES ARE BASED ON A RECENT COMPARISON TO LIKE ORGANIZATION CEO PAY SCALES (RETRIEVED FROM GUIDESTAR'S 990 DATABANK) ANNUAL PERFORMANCE, AND OVERALL LENGTH OF SERVICE PERFORMANCE. ANY DELIBERATION AND DECISION(S) ARE DOCUMENTED BY THE PERSONNEL COMMITTEE CHAIR IN THE FORM OF A RECOMMENDATION TO THE FULL BOARD OF DIRECTORS. THE FINAL RECOMMENDATIONS(S) OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE ARE THEN VOTED ON BY THE FULL BOARD OF DIRECTORS WHICH IS DOCUMENTED IN A PAYROLL CHANGE MEMO AND SIGNED BY AN OFFICER, IN ADDITION TO THE MINUTES OF THE EXECUTIVE SESSION. |
