IN THE EVENT A POTENTIAL CONFLICT OF INTEREST IS DISCLOSED, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS WILL VOTE AS TO WHETHER A CONFLICT OF INTEREST ACTUALLY EXISTS. CONFLICT IS DEEMED TO EXIST BY 75% OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, SUCH PERSON SHALL NOT VOTE ON, NOR USE THEIR PERSONAL INFLUENCE ON, NOR PARTICIPATE IN THE DISCUSSIONS OR DELIBERATIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE RELATE CONTRACT OF TRANSACTION. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING EVENTS The gross income of $7,725 on Schedule O, attachment 2, for the Savour the Journey Event represents the value of services provided to participants and excludes the contributions generated from the event. Combined contributions from both the Savour the Journey and Trees of Hospice events were $119,065 for total proceeds of $126,790, resulting in a net gain of $61,215 after expenses.
