PART I, LINE 2: THE ORGANIZATION MONITORS THE USE OF GRANT FUNDS BY REVIEWING AND APPROVING REIMBURSEMENTS TO STUDENTS. STUDENTS MAKE MONEY REQUESTS THROUGH THEIR RESPECTIVE ADVISOR THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. ADVISORS ARE EXPECTED TO USE GOOD JUDGMENT IN ALLOWING EXPENSE REQUESTS. THE DIRECTOR OF STUDENT PROGRAMS REVIEWS AND GRANTS FINAL APPROVAL ON ALL STUDENT EXPENSES BEFORE REIMBURSEMENT. DISTRIBUTION OF EXPENSES ARE THEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR. STUDENTS ARE EXPECTED TO DISCUSS EXPENSES IN ADVANCE OF INCURRING, AND ARE REIMBURSED WHEN ACCOMPANIED BY RECEIPT. ADVISORS ALSO MAINTAIN EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE OF STUDENT REQUESTS AND APPROVALS.
