MONITOR THE USE OF GRANT FUNDS IN THE U.S. PART I, LINE 2 THE COLLEGE MONITORS THE USE OF GRANT FUNDS IN VARIOUS WAYS INCLUDING OBTAINING REPORTS FROM THE ORGANIZATIONS OUTLINING THE ACTIVITIES SUPPORTED BY GRANTS, MEETING REGULARLY WITH THE ORGANIZATIONS, AND VISITING THE ORGANIZATIONS TO OBSERVE ACTIVITIES ON A FIRST HAND BASIS. THE OFFICE OF FINANCIAL AID MONITORS FEDERAL GRANT FUNDS USING BANNER REPORTING TOOLS TO TRACK THE LEVEL OF AMOUNTS PAID FOR ALL TITLE IV GRANTS AND INSTITUTIONAL GRANTS. AMOUNTS ARE RECONCILED TO THE STUDENT ACCOUNT SYSTEM TO ENSURE FUNDS ARE PROPERLY DISBURSED.
