HOUSING WAS PROVIDED FOR THE EXECUTIVE AND ARTISTIC DIRECTOR OF CARNEGIE HALL, AND WAS REPORTED AS TAXABLE COMPENSATION. TRAVEL FOR COMPANIONS AND HEALTH OR SOCIAL DUES HAVE BEEN CHECKED BECAUSE THE ORGANIZATION HAS A POLICY COVERING THESE ITEMS. NO EXPENDITURES WERE INCURRED FOR THESE ITEMS DURING THE REPORTING YEAR.
SUPPLEMENTAL NONQUALIFIED RETIREMENT PLAN
Form Sch J Part I Line 4b The Carnegie Hall Corporation maintains two supplemental nonqualified plans, a SERP and a Key Employee Incentive and Retention Compensation Plan. The SERP covered Clive D. Gillinson and Theodore E. Phillips. The Key Employee Incentive and Retention Compensation Plan covered Susan J. Brady, Anna Weber, Aaron Levine, and Richard Malenka.
