Schedule I, Part I, Line 2 Procedures for monitoring use of grant funds. The Children's Museum of Indianapolis, Inc. awards scholarships to several individuals throughout the year. An independent committee reviews all scholarship applications and selects the recipients. Employees of The Children's Museum of Indianapolis, Inc. and their families are ineligible to receive scholarships. Once the recipients are chosen, the organization monitors the use of grant funds by paying scholarships directly to the recipients' educational institutions of choice.
