TO ACCOMPLISH THIS, THE COMMITTEE WILL OBTAIN COMPARABLE COMPENSATION DATA FOR EXECUTIVES OF OTHER NON PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS OF SIMILAR SIZE IN THE WESTERN NEW YORK AREA. THE COMPENSATION OF OTHER KEY EMPLOYEES IS DETERMINED BY THE PRESIDENT. THE PRESIDENT APPROVES ANNUAL PERFORMANCE STANDARDS AND DETERMINES APPROPRIATE PERFORMANCE MEASURES AND ESTABLISHES CRITERIA FOR ANY INCENTIVE BASED COMPENSATION FOR KEY EMPLOYEES.
