ReturnReference Explanation
Schedule F, Part I, Line 2 Solidarity with the Persecuted Church assures that grants are used for their intended purpose through a multi-level oversight procedure. First, we evaluate face-to-face our potential partners in order to develop confidence in their reliability to effectively execute the intended project. Then, we provide funds in tranches, so that evidence of having achieved project milestones can be evaluated before additional funds are provided. Next, we require and receive photographic and other forms of evidence, plus narratives, of the project's status as it is underway. Failure to successfully complete a project will typically disqualify a grantee from the receipt of additional grants. Finally, we conduct on-the-ground inspections of the projects we have supported.
