Form 990, Part VI, Line 7a: How Members or Shareholders Elect Governing Body Delegates are elected from local societies throughout the state to represent societies at quadrennial conventions. Member of the board of directors are elected at the convention as well as the state attorney. The board appoints the president and ratifies the hiring of the president's choices for his management team.

The Board set the salary of the President based upon compensation surveys that are participated in by other fraternals as well as KJT. The president sets the salaries of the other officers and home office employees. The State Attorney salary is set by the Board as well.
