SCHEDULE I, PAGE 1, PART I, LINE 2 BEST SWIM CLUB PLEDGED 500,000 TO PHOENIX COUNTRY DAY SCHOOL'S THRIVE CAMPAIGN. THIS CAMPAIGN IS FOR CAMPUS IMPROVEMENTS. NO GRANTS OR ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS ARE PAID TO ANY INDIVIDUALS. 200,000 OF POOL EQUIPMENT PURCHASED IN 2014 WAS ALLOCATED TOWARD THE PLEDGE. ANNUAL PAYMENTS OF 60,000 ARE BEING PAID IN 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 AND 2019.
