THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE CONSISTS OF THE CHAIRMAN, THE TREASURER, THE SECRETARY, THE VICE CHAIR FOR ADVOCACY, THE VICE CHAIR FOR DEVELOPMENT, THE VICE CHAIR FOR EDUCATION, AND ANY OTHER OFFICER APPOINTED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS. THERE SHALL BE ONLY ONE CLASS OF MEMBERS. MEMBERSHIP SHALL BE OPEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS AND ADDITIONAL MEMBERS SHALL BE ADMITTED TO MEMBERSHIP EFFECTIVE ON THE DAY THE MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION WITH FULL PAYMENT OF REGULAR DUES IS RECEIVED AND PROCESSED BY THE ORGANIZATION. EACH MEMBER SHALL BE ENTITLED TO ONE VOTE ON EACH MATTER SUBMITTED TO A VOTE OF THE MEMBERS, PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT (A) EACH CORPORATE OR SMALL BUSINESS HOLDING A MEMBERSHIP SHALL BE ENTITLED TO ONE VOTE, AND (B) EACH ADULT MEMBER (UP TO TWO TOTAL) OF ANY HOUSEHOLD HOLDING A MEMBERSHIP (OTHER THAN AN INDIVIDUAL OR SENIOR/STUDENT MEMBERSHIP) SHALL BE ENTITLED TO ONE VOTE. |

COMPARABLE DATA FROM THE CENTER FOR NON-PROFIT MANAGEMENT OR OTHER SIMILAR RESOURCES ARE OFTEN CONSULTED AS WELL AS COMPARISON WITH SIMILAR SIZE NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS IN THE PASADENA COMMUNITY.
