Compensation paid to the executive director is evaluated on an annual basis by the officers (co-chairs and treasurer) of the Board of Directors. Determination of the compensation made by the officers of the Board is recommended to the full Board and documented as part of the budget process. No other officers or key employees were employed during the year. |
